Let’s take a look around Coronado Springs, one of Disney’s moderate resorts. Coronado Springs is considered to be in the Animal Kingdom resort area, but it’s also SUPER close to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Blizzard Beach. Epcot is a bit farther, and Magic Kingdom is the farthest park, but all are a close bus or car ride away.
Available rooms include: kings, 2 queens, and suites.

Coronado Springs has a Mexican theme throughout the grounds and restaurants. This theme is probably most evident at the Dig Site, which includes one of my favorite pools.
The Dig Site is home to the feature pool with slide, a large hot tub, a bar with quick service dining options, an arcade, the playground, and the fire pit with nightly marshmallow roast.
The feature pool is large and has a pyramid with water running down it.
The playground
There is also an arcade, ping pong, and more!
Siestas has a full bar and also has quick service dining and snacks.
The grounds of Coronado Springs are beautiful. The buildings circle a lake and also show the Mexican theme.
Because Coronado Springs is a convention hotel, there are more dining options than at most moderate resorts. In addition to the quick service at the pool, there is a large food court, 2 table service restaurants, a lounge, and a lakeside bar.
Coronado Springs is a beautiful resort, perfect for both couples and families. If you would like more information about it or any other Disney resort, comment below or send me an email at kelly@kingdomdestinations.com.
